Monday Nov 21, 2022
It's a first for the GFP, our first over 4 hour pod. Also, our first attempt at multiple guests by different ways of media. This week, we cover the brawl loss but we mostly take a 30,000 foot view approach to the game and the results. As for our guests, we have Colter Nuanez with Skyline Sports and ESPN Radio in person. And joining us virtually is and Andrew Schmidt, a former Griz player. The pod also quickly features Brady Fryberger. Brady is the Griz fan who made it to Gameday and became a quick internet sensation with his on-air quote. The final hour (or so) of the pod is dedicated to fan questions that we didn't fully cover in the first portion.

Lucas is just a few weeks on the job, recently married, and just moved over to Missoula from Pensacola. Our chat starts with Lucas about his background, his experiences so far here, and some general Griz and Missoula topics. So far there's been no real surprises yet in conference play, but now things are going to get a lot more difficult. Many of the top teams play each other over the next 2-3 weeks. Which will really shape up the conference after that. Then it's time to scout Idaho. ar the Grizzlies struggled a little in a game where Montana was the heavy favorite. And of course after a closer win, there's plenty of discussion to be had. The first near hour of the pod is a review of what went well... and what didn't from the game. It was also a big week around the conference with plenty of matchups to review and preview for the week ahead. The pod is loaded with great fan questions this week, that's about the last full hour of the show!
