On this week's GFP we open celebrating Junior's record tying 7th and 8th punt return score in his football career.  From there we dive into the recap of the TSU win, the positives, and the ongoing concerns.  With plenty to discuss and cover the conversation ranges from takeaways during the game and looks to the future.  As we all know, the next opponent now for Montana is South Dakota State, and we discuss our thoughts on this upcoming game as well.  As you've all grown to expect, we close with all the fan questions we had!

How are we feeling Griz Nation?  Here at the GFP we have an array of emotions and wanted to share with all of you after yet another soul crushing road loss to MSU.  With guest Colter Nuanez of Skyline Sports and ESPN Montana we dissect our observations from the game.  Discussions move on to cover the state of the program after that.  After that, some extra scouting and discussion is given to Tennessee State.  TSU comes to Missoula this weekend for a first round playoff game.  We close with all of the fan questions!

Griz Fan Podcast - What the hell do these guys know about football?

It's cat week!  The Grizzlies are off to Bozeman as major underdogs in a fight for a playoff seed and to keep the brawl trophy.  Joining the pod is former Grizzly D-lineman Tyler Hobbs.  Hobbs expresses his initial query of what the GFP really does know about football and then the stories get rolling.  Over the course of this marathon pod the high points of the PSU game are covered.  The QB situation is finalized, the Hauck v Fife sideline event, the power outage, and other observations.  Then discussion moves to the bobcats and how the Grizzlies can find a way.  Fan questions are generally covered in most of the pod, those missed get covered near the end.  Go Griz!  FTC!

Guests Shaun Rainey and Ben Wineman join up with the GFP this week for an extensive discussion on the Grizzlies.  Following a painful home loss under the lights, the Grizzlies backs are to the wall and need to bounce back fast.  There were a lot of fan questions this week, it covers nearly half the pod!

Everyone's favorite backup running back and GFP text thread participant Andrew Schmidt joins up with the pod this week.  The guys spend some time recapping moments from the Cal Poly game and give some thoughts and comments on the current status of the program.  From there extra time is dedicated to the upcoming UC Davis game.  Davis vs Montana is a top-10 matchup under the lights in Wa Griz and promises to be a memorable one.   The closing hour is dedicated to fan questions!

The Grizzlies have handled one of their back to back road games with a solid, but kind of dull, win against UNC.  The Grizzlies defense pitched a shutout, the QB rotation baffled the guys once again, and the RB duo did their thing.  The guys spend a bit of time to look around the conference and talk/scout out Cal Poly.  We round out the pod with fan questions!

It was a restful bye week for the Montana Grizzlies and for their fans alike, but now it's crunch time.  Joining the pod this week is KPAX news sports journalist Kyle Hansen to talk on his observations of the season so far.  With no game to recap, but plenty of roster talk to cover, the guys get into their opinions on the season and future outlooks as well.  After a lengthy chat and differing of opinions there's a quick overview given on Northern Colorado, and then they move on to fan questions.  As expected, most fan questions cover Kyle's obsession with the Olive Garden.
